Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Spacieux et agréable pour une famille. Positive: J'ai aimé la proximité du parking (payant 35 euros/semaine ou 8 euros/jour), de la mer et du port de plaisance (canal et restaurants). L'appartement est très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Possibilité de dormir sur un petit canapé au salon (1 adulte ou 2 enfants). Le petit-déjeuner pratiquement face à la mer a été très apprécié par toute la famille. Negative: Le plus gros problème vient de l'aération dans les WC car elle ne peut pas être réglée. Par conséquent, il y a un très fort bruit d'aspiration de l'air jour et nuit, on peut à peine l'atténuer un peu en fermant la porte des WC. Le canapé du salon (clic-clac) est assez grand et confortable pour 1 adulte et ok pour 2 enfants. Il suffirait de changer l'aération et le canapé du salon pour que l'appart soit presque à la note 10.
